Club Teos

Situated in a beautiful, tranquil location around the edge of an enclosed bay surrounded by green headland and the clear turquoise seas of the Aegean coastline is Club Teos.
Club Teos is built on a hilly headland and is designed to resemble a typical Turkish village with a number of two storey houses scattered throughout well established colourful garden linked by sloping cobbled pathways. You enter via an impressive circular reception, originally designed in the style of an old Turkish coaching house to provide water fountains and shaded areas for travellers and their animals. Today this area provides a cool, tranquil retreat and is the location of the wellbeing area and treatment rooms.
All rooms and bathrooms at Club Teos have been designed and completely renovated to a high standard. All rooms have a modern feel with air conditioning, fridge, direct dial telephone, TV, safety deposit box, hairdryer and en-suite shower. There are interconnecting rooms and also five suites; each suite is set out over two floors and connected by a spiral staircase. There are also a number of rooms located over the reception area, including some larger family rooms for 5 with views towards the tennis courts or over the gardens. A few rooms do not have a balcony or terrace.
The bay and launching area is sheltered by a headland with light winds.
However once out of the bay everyone can make the most of the excellent wind conditions, extensive RYA tuition and our large sailing area. On windier days there is often a more moderate swell, offering more challenging sailing and great conditions for downwind surfing, with the kite up. The fleet of six Laser SB3s are very popular with racing every day. The bay and surrounding rocky coves are best explored by kayak. Waterski and wakeboard fans will enjoy best conditions in the early morning.
The scuba diving is varied and the PADI registered dive school based on the beach has an excellent variety of dives for all abilities. All dive sites are within a ten minute boat trip so diving can be easily combined with all activities. The surrounding countryside is great for mountain biking.

Operates 6 days a week.
4-23 months with ratios of 1 carer (grade 3 in childcare) to 2 children, extra charge £250 for 1 week or £440 for 2 weeks. Lunchtime is unsupervised and you need to provide feeding equipment, processed baby food and formula milk - can be purchased locally.
2-4 years with ratios of 1 carer to 4 children. Lunchtime is supervised and healthy food provided according to your board basis. Activities range from adventures on the beach in catamarans to mystery trips, arts, crafts and treasure hunts.
Children's Club at the Club Teos
Clubs are divided in to 5-7 years, 8-11 years, 12-14 years and 15-17 years. (Clubs maybe combind if numbers are small). Complimentary. Run 6 days a week and are flexible so you can drop in as suits.
Activites, on and off the water are organised according to age but all children get a chance to try sailing, Kayaking, windsurfing and tennis. All staff are fully trained and will ensure days are action packed.
In addition to tennis run by clubs for keen 8-14 year olds there is extra tennis coaching, 1 hour per day, 6 days a week.
Extra club HOTSHOTS from 8-12 years at an extra charge of £150 for 1 week or £275 for 2 weeks that is a water based club and focuses more on watersports, beginners to advanced.

On certain evenings there is a 3 hour babysitting service in the creche for children aged 4 months - 5 years. Subject to availability, payable locally.

Meals at the Club Teos
Club board: this consists of daily breakfasts & lunches and four evening meals in our restaurant (which is all included in the price). On non inclusive evenings you are free to explore the local area, or stay at the hotel & enjoy our a la carte menu. There is a variety of seating arrangements, with separate children's clubs & adult dining areas as well as a family section.
High tea is available for the under 4year olds usually served at 5pm. Main dinning is from 7pm.
Surrounding Area near the Club Teos
The Cesme peninsula is one of Turkey’s most beautiful stretches of coastline, surrounded by clear blue seas, white sandy beaches and fields of aniseed, sesame, artichoke and fig trees. On this peninsula is the town of Teos from which Club Teos takes its name. Originating in 1050-1000 BC, one of twelve Ionian cities, rich in culture it was a trading centre for fine arts and crafts. Teos was home to many magnificent architectural monuments such as the Temple of Dionysus, built in the 2nd century BC - the well preserved remains of which can still be seen today, standing at the edge of the road a short drive away from the hotel. Other finds here include a theatre and acropolis.
The nearest populated town is Sigacik, a 20-30 minute walk or a few minutes in a Dolmus or taxi, both of which stop on a regular basis at the entrance to Club Teos. Sigacik is a traditional Turkish harbour town with an old town surrounded by ancient city walls. Around the harbour you will find a selection of seafood restaurants, bars and traditional style coffee shops.
Further afield there is much to discover including the must-see site of Ephesus, one of the best preserved classical sites in Europe.
