A touch of top-end luxury but sharing the fantastic Mark Warner facilities available at Lakitira Resort next door. Accommodation is surrounded by a myriad of infinity swimming pools that create an oasis of calm. This hotel is for for those guests wanting a 5-star escape with the option of dipping in and out of the Mark Warner activity programme and childcare round the corner.
Helona Hotel feels grand from the moment you arrive. Wide stone steps lead up to the vast reception area, with its stylish bar within and lavish sofas on the outdoor terrace looking out over a large infinity swimming pool.
The hotel accommodation is made up of spacious and luxurious suites, double and twin rooms with either balcony or terrace and most have direct access to one of the 21 infinity swimming pools. All rooms have en-suite marble bathrooms, fridges, flat screen TVs with movie channel, room service menu, hairdryers, safes and indulgent toiletries. The suites and private villas have their own plunge pools.

At Lakitira:
Baby Club (4mths-11mths) and the Toddler One Club (1yr olds). Both must be prebooked when confirming holiday.
£180 for either 6 mornings or 6 afternoons and £360 for 6 full days. All nannies are English speaking and the majority hold a DCE, NNEB, NVQ or equivalent qualification.
Children's Club at the Helona Hotel
At Lakitira:
Children 2-5 years have the Toddler 2 Club and the Mini Club. These consist of either 6 morning or 6 afternoon sessions per week and are included in the price of your holiday. Upgrading to 6 full days costs an extra £180. All our nannies are English speaking and the majority hold a DCE, NNEB, NVQ or equivalent qualification.
Children 6-14 years have the Junior club and the Kidz Club. Both of these consist of full day supervision (excludes lunchtime) including watersports tuition for 6 days per week and places are available to reserve at no extra cost.
Places in all clubs should be reserved at time of confirming holiday as places are limited. All clubs operate from 9am to 12.30 and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
Informal supervision in creches by nannies who are not employed by Mark Warner is not allowed as this can affect the operation of the Clubs and may lead to problems of accountability and legal responsibility.
Children's Facilities at the Helona Hotel
For children booked into clubs at Lakitira, we provide a daily programme of watersports and land-based activities with free tuition.
Superb team of instructors, alongside childcare staff, will introduce younger guests to sailing, windsurfing, and tennis all with the latest junior equipment. Outside of the daily activity programme there are a number of specialist courses at extra charge:
RYA sailing and windsurfing for children 6 years and over, scuba diving from 10 years and group tennis lessons form 4 years - all at extra charge
Teenagers Activities at the Helona Hotel
At Lakitira 14-17 year olds have an Indy Club in Summer holidays and October half term. No cost but place must be reserved. Programme of day and evening activities.
Flight Time / Nearest Airport to the Helona Hotel
Flights from Gatwick and Manchester on Wednesdays and Gatwick only on Saturday. Flying time 3hrs 45 mins from Gatwick and 4 hours from Manchester.

It is great to have the Mark Warner facilities next door which were very good to keep all of us busy. The Helona Hotel is a very nice hotel which is well appointed striving to be a 5* probably not quite got there as yet. The food is very good. We would certainly go back
