Lakitira Beach Resort
Mark Warner's flagship property offers a superb location on the Southern coast of Kos.
The accommodation is spread out amongst 4 acres of colourful gardens and ranges from whitewashed villa-style apartments ("the village") to fabulous rooms in the hotel, comprising suites, junior suites, interconnecting rooms and twins. The hotel rooms all boast flat screen tv's, new modern bathrooms and fridges with terrace or balcony.
With designated child-free areas of the hotel you can be comfortable with your children having fun without disturbing others; with the excellent Mark Warner childcare you too can find a quiet spot to enjoy a few hours of well deserved peace!

Crèche Details at Lakitira Beach Resort
Baby Club (4mths-11mths) and the Toddler One Club (1yr olds). Both must be prebooked when confirming holiday.
£180 for either 6 mornings or 6 afternoons and £360 for 6 full days. All nannies are English speaking and the majority hold a DCE, NNEB, NVQ or equivalent qualification.
Children's Club at the Lakitira Beach Resort
Children 2-5 years have the Toddler 2 Club and the Mini Club. These consist of either 6 morning or 6 afternoon sessions per week and are included in the price of your holiday. Upgrading to 6 full days costs an extra £180. All our nannies are English speaking and the majority hold a DCE, NNEB, NVQ or equivalent qualification.
Children 6-14 years have the Junior club and the Kidz Club. Both of these consist of full day supervision (excludes lunchtime) including watersports tuition for 6 days per week and places are available to reserve at no extra cost.
Places in all clubs should be reserved at time of confirming holiday as places are limited. All clubs operate from 9am to 12.30 and from 2.00pm to 5.00pm.
Informal supervision in creches by nannies who are not employed by Mark Warner is not allowed as this can affect the operation of the Clubs and may lead to problems of accountability and legal responsibility.

For children booked into clubs, we provide a daily programme of watersports and land-based activities with free tuition.
Superb team of instructors, alongside childcare staff, will introduce younger guests to sailing, windsurfing, and tennis all with the latest junior equipment. Outside of the daily activity programme there are a number of specialist courses at extra charge:
RYA sailing and windsurfing for children 6 years and over, scuba diving from 10 years and group tennis lessons form 4 years - all at extra charge
Baby Sitting at the Lakitira Beach Resort
Evening creche service for children aged 4 months to 5 years. 7.30-11.30pm. Children are entertained with films or games or they can go to sleep in a designated quiet area.
Supervised evening entertainment until 7.30pm for 6-17 year olds.
Extra babysitting can be arranged locally. Subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Teenagers Activities at the Lakitira Beach Resort
14-17 year olds have an Indy Club in Summer holidays and October half term. No cost but place must be reserved. Programme of day and evening activities.
Meals at the Lakitira Beach Resort
Full fat UHT milk provided for children. Purees - fruit at breakfast, meat, veg and fruit at lunch and high tea.

Separate kids beach with perfect shallow waters for paddling and splashing about, and from where all the children's watersports take place.
Flight Time / Nearest Airport to the Lakitira Beach Resort
Flights from Gatwick and Manchester on Wednesdays and Gatwick only on Saturday. Flying time 3hrs 45 mins from Gatwick and 4 hours from Manchester.

3 restaurants: Italian Trattoria serves pizza/pasta buffets at lunchtime and a la carte at dinner. The quaint courtyard Greek Taverna which is open for a continental breakfast every morning and traditional menu in the evening brimming with regional specialities, Mezze and fresh fish. The main hotel restaurant serves breakfast and dinner offering plentiful buffets and grills.
There is also a superb snack bar/cafe just by the beach offering hot grilled food, salad bar , sandwiches and more. Open from midday to 3pm daily.
Your holiday price includes dining on a half board basis (breakfast and dinner taken in the main restaurant or the Trattoria) with the option to upgrade to full board.
