As well as our own experiences with our children, who naturally grow past the baby stage, we go on regular trips specifically to inspect children's clubs and creches, room types and general suitability of 4 and 5 star properties. We also build excellent relationships with most of our customers and take on board all the feedback we can.

With parents also in the Industry, travel has been a lifestyle. Now with three children who favour "posh hotels" as they love the fluffy little bathrobes, prefer "buffets" (she does not do buffets!) and love making friends around the pool - must be heated - she has with her family sampled many of the best hotels. Top destinations for everyone so far have included Sardinia, Cyprus, Tenerife, Spain, Mauritius and South Africa.
Gary is crazy for adventure although his wife and daughter prefer total luxury, lying in the sun and being generally pampered on holiday. He remembers vividly the frustrations of finding good children's clubs - especially for the under fours - when he was desperate to give his wife a well deserved break whilst nipping off for a dose of action himself. A tough combination to please that has led him on many long haul holidays such as African safaris, Caribbean beaches (with some diving for himself of course), Lapland, Oman to name but a few.
With two young children and family in the US, Karen knows all the tricks and pitfalls of youngsters on long haul flights! Her girls have become Disney fanatics at a very young age so do get in touch with her if you are considering this trip. She also loves the Caribbean which is of course not far from the US. Her working life has been dedicated to travel and she has a wealth of experience in many other destinations including the Canary Islands, Spain, Mauritius and just recently the Seychelles.
Emma only does 5 star and above and is continually on the look-out for news and developments in existing and new family hotels of this standard. With children 10 years apart in age and the eldest sports mad she can offer advice at both ends of the spectrum. If you want an honest opinion then Emma is your lady as she has inspected nearly all the short haul luxury hotels from the Algarve and Greece to Canaries and Cyprus. She has recently ventured to Bermuda where her youngest voted it the best children's club he had ever been to - and he has tested a fair number!
Having enjoyed many children's clubs over the years, her family is now growing up. With energetic boys and a sun-seeking teenage girl, she believes that it is still important to ensure they are well fed and entertained in order that she can, guilt-free, curl up with a book, ride a horse or perhaps dip into the spa.
