The Anastasia
Beachclub, Halkidiki
The stylish and modern Anastasia offers a touch of luxury with its smart feel and contemporary spa. The whitewashed buildings are set behind seafront gardens, which are scattered with olive trees and beanbags, providing comfort and shady areas under which to relax. The fantastic position means that most rooms and all public areas are sea facing. The gardens are all on one level and stretch right down to the edge of the beach and the watersports equipment, where a small ribbon of sand and pebbles give way to the beautiful clear, blue water for which Halkidiki is renowned.
There is a selection of inter-connecting rooms with double and twin beds, ideal for families. The rooms have a stylish, contemporary finish with bath and/or shower, wc, television, drinks cooler, air conditioning and terrace or balcony. Junior suites offer a combination of double bedroom and separate lounge area with sofa bed and are on the ground floor, opening onto the gardens.
The flat water conditions in the morning offer the perfect opportunity to try waterskiing and wakeboarding. Alternatively, if you’d rather stay on dry land, the Kassandra peninsula has an excellent variety of bike trails, perfect for both novice and expert riders. The local winds provide the ideal environment for beginner and intermediate windsurfers and dinghy sailors to get on the water.
